Ingredients

1 cup – Milk (room temperature)
1 cup – Milk (room temperature)
1 cup – Powder Sugar
1/2 cup – Oil
1 tab – vinegar
1/2 spoon – vanila essence
1 1/2 cup – All purpose flour
3/4 cup – coco powder
1 tsp – baking powder
1/2 tsp – baking soda

Method

1: In a large bowl, whisk or stir all the dry ingredients [all purose flower, coco-powder, baking powder, baking soda].
2: In other large bowl whisk the milk and powder suger untill it get frothy(smooth).
3: Add the dry ingredient to wet ingredient and stir, until combined well.
4: Evently spread the batter into the already grease pan and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes in oven or cooker.
5: After 40 minutes check it with a wooden tooth pic by inserting into the centre of cake if it comes out clean then your cake is ready.
6: Let it cool on wire reack serve plain or with chocolate sause.

Note

If you don’t have vanila essence you can use coffee powder as a substitute of vanila essence use 1/2 tbsp coffee powder with 1/2 tsp water for best result.
